RETURN POLICY:
Please contact us if there is any problem with you purchase. If seeking a refund or exchange, you must contact us at [email protected], within 7 business days of product receipt. ALL ITEMS REQUIRE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from us through email. Once you receive the RMA#, you may send the product back to us at your expense. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging including warranties, and all other materials.
Shipping is not refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned.
ITEMS SENT BACK WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
